There is no paper print manual available for TARGET 3001! in the classical sense. Paper is too slow as an information carrier and trees are needed more urgently in other context. For the fact that TARGET 3001! is constantly being developed and updated, every printed manual is inevitably outdated after a few days. Therefore our manual is a WIKI.
