REACH

Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH)
is a European Union regulation dated 18 December 2006. REACH addresses
the production and use of chemical substances, and their potential impacts
on both human health and the environment.

Important in this context is the distinction between substance, mixture and article. With our software, which we burn to a raw CD with a color print, being shipped in a common DVD case, which itself is wrapped in a light cardboard packaging, it is neither a substance nor un a mixture, but an article. An article does not require a safety data sheet. We are neither a producer nor importer of the article's REACH relevant components (not that we knew there would be any). The software itself is not a chemical thus not subject to the REACH regulation. The following table gives information, that
