Some model texts (i.e. modelcards or subcircuits) have syntax errors. The SPICE editor has a window which would show a list of all occurred syntax errors and is able to jump to the erroneous location in the model text (also showing the correct/expected syntax). The errors can be corrected and the model text reexamined. The SPICE editor will be opened automatically, if you want to edit such an erroneous model in the model browser. You should be carefully, if you have only small SPICE knowledge. You can gladly send us your erroneous model texts (e.g. when importing extern model libraries), so that we can correct the models and send Error: Internal error! it back.
