After clicking the icon
the following dialog appears:

Image 1: The library browser
All milling figures delivered are part of the library: "Frontpanel.PCK3001". In our case a breakout for a standard D-SUB15 socket. Any milling figure is administrated in TARGET 3001! the same way as a package for a PCB layout. By "OK" you import it to your front panel layout.
