The TARGET 3001! menu in Layout view:
File | Edit | View | Elements | Package | Actions | Service | Window | Settings | Help
Menu "Components" in schematic view is menu "Package" in Layout view. Though the names of the other menus are identical in schematic and layout, they might have different contents. This is because different needs in schematic and layout call for different tools.
