Version V13 reads and uses libraries created by V14

Dear TARGET 3001! V13 user,

there is a free update available allowing the use of V14 libraries*. Presumably TARGET 3001! now is the most compatible PCB CAD software system on the market: not only old projects can be opened by recent versions but also older versions can process younger project files! Thus you have absolute investment protection and being able to use different version numbers allows unlimited interoperability. Find your free V13 update in menu "Help/Free update...
