Package and freight
"When buying software a download link should be sufficient. Why should I pay freight charges?"
If you buy the software today we unfortunately can not guarantee being able to recover the software after years. For this reason we ship the complete software including your license on CD to you, for installation and as a backup. We made the experience that trouble is big if you would definitely lose your licence by a computer crash while there is no backup and we meanwhile are two version numbers ahead. So we ship a CD to you today by surface mail and this kind if danger is avoided.
Paying in EUR
If you pay in EUR, TARGET 3001! and/or ELECTRA software will be shipped from Germany. We ship by Deutsche Post/DHL. Package and freight charges are:
- inner Germany: EUR 5,36 (19% VAT included)
- inner Europe: EUR 12,30 (19% VAT included)
- worldwide: EUR 15,13 (ex VAT)
If your company is located within a country of the European Community (EC) having a VAT Identification code (VAT-ID) and if you disclose this code to us for validation in correspondence with the German Finance Authorities, we are allowed to bill without those 19% VAT. The price then is EUR 10,34
Paying in USD
If you buy using the USD currency shop, freight charges are USD 15.00
