Package and freight
"When buying software a download link should be sufficient. Why should I pay freight charges?"
Unfortunately we can not guarantee to recover the software which you buy today after years. For this reason we ship the complete software including your license on CD to you, for installation and as a backup. We made the experience that trouble is big if you would definitely lose your licence by a computer crash while there is no backup and we meanwhile are two version numbers ahead. So we ship a CD to you today by surface mail and this kind if danger is avoided.
Paying in EUR
If you pay in EUR, TARGET 3001! and/or ELECTRA software will be shipped from Germany. Package and freight charges are:
- inner Germany: EUR 5.36
- inner Europe: EUR 12.30
- worldwide: EUR 18.00
The prices shown include 19% German ValueAddedTax. We ship by German Post / DHL.
In case you are a European company being part of the European Community (EC) having a VAT Identification number (VAT-ID) and showing us for validation in correspondence with the German Finance Authorities, we are allowed to bill abandoning those 19% VAT.
Paying in USD
If you pay in USD, which applies only for US residents, then TARGET 3001! and/or ELECTRA will be shipped from the USA. Freight charges are:
- inner USA: USD 15.00
