Xhelp.inf
The file xhelp.inf you will find in the same directory like the file TARGET.INI
So send the '"C:\Users\<name>\AppData\Roaming\ibf\TarVxx\<edition>\XHELP.inf"
ATTENTION: Please do not send the "C:\Program Files (x86)\ibf\TarVxx\<edition>\AppData\xhelp.inf"
and not the TARGET.INI
