The delivery of a repaired executable file (*.exe) of our software to the customer to exchange it in the program directory causes Microsoft to block the execution in Win 10 for the time being. The cursor remains in wait rotation for minutes until this dialog box finally opens:

We feel that this is a nuisance from Microsoft. Serious software manufacturers are generally denigrated as potentially insecure.
