Error: "normaliz.dll missing"

The normaliz.dll belongs to Windows, but in WinXP it seems to be missing sometimes.
Your WinXP seems to have no IDN support.

  • The file idndl.x86.exe is for a 32-bit XP.
  • Start Exe.
  • Then a normaliz.dll should be present in folder C:\Windows\System32
