Create custom shaped polygonal pads easily:

Polygonal pads easily can be used for SMD-LEDs, for heatsink pads, or tactile switches and so on.

In the dialog for pad edition there is a new pad function:polygonal and the new button [Polygon]. If you push it, the polygon editor starts.

In the polygon editor first set the desired grid. Now move the existing black points by drag&drop M1H. Please note the coordinates in the ststus bar. In order to create new points, click close to an edge (inner or outer) with the right mousekey M2 into free space. If you press a black point with M2 a dialog appears allowing either to delete the point or to enter its coordinates manually. At the end press [OK] to accept the polygon.
