Say goodbye to libraries. From V15 there are no libraries anymore. There is only one big pool instead where all components are in. This pool is called database and every part is identified by name, manufacturer and other parameters. The database consists only of one file: target3001.db After Installation you will find it in:

C:\Documents and Settings\Your User\Application Data\ibf\TarVn\Your Edition\Database

From V15 please don't point the library path to your old *.sym3001 or *.pck3001 libraries. In fact you won't do any damage but TARGET 3001! expects a SQLite database. Multiuser need to put the target3001.db to a folder on their server and point the path there.
