Find a filter towards this format in Menu File/Input-Output Formats/production/GenCAD export...

It allows a "Save" of your *.t3001 file in GenCAD format *.cad:

Alphanumeric pad names are possible unlike before (only pin numbers).
Can also output package without FLIP in the SHAPE command.
