For PCB manufacturers and assemblers, a BOM and a CPL file with the production data is output directly, enabling precise placement. BOM = "Bill OF Material" and CPL = "Component Placement List".
You will find the output in the normal XGerber and Excellon output in the menu “File / Input-Output / Production / XGerber and Drill Output”:

The two files may also be included in the resulting ZIP. For example, you can specify the property “JLCPCB_PART#” for the components of the popular PCB manufacturer JLCPCB and no further discussions are necessary for the assembly.
