Error: "normaliz.dll missing"

The normaliz.dll belongs to Windows, but in WinXP it seems to be missing sometimes.
Your WinXP seems to have no IDN support.

Unfortunately Microsoft does not support Win XP any more. We offer a normaliz.dll which has been working successfully with many users. But it is not our native file. We have been scamnned it by 59 of the most popular virus scanners, no alert was given. So we estimati it clean. Nevertheless we offer this file without any guarantee or with any right of compensation in case any damage would happen to your system caused by this particular file.
