ELECTRA 250 had a license problem...
Dear TARGET 3001! user,
the free version ELECTRA 250 had an error in the internal licensing so it refused to work. Please download a repaired ELECTRA 250.exe here. It is free:
http://server.ibfriedrich.com/download/electra/setup_electra_250pin_2.9.6.2.exe
Install it to the directory to which TARGET 3001! points (see dialog "External autorouter" in layout menu Actions/Autorouter/ELECTRA auto router...)
