TARGET 3001! converts your layouts to formats of functional test systems. The *.tgr format of Polar Instruments and the *.dif format of digitaltest are supported.
Any signal leading element of your layout can easily be checked by in-circuit tests using the full range of all testing capabilities of both of the automatic test systems. Please find each of the converters in TARGET 3001! in Menu File / Input/Output Formats / Test adapter / ...
