The following explanations are meant for V15 and earlier.
Open TARGET 3001! and click M11 upon the blue header line on top of your screen:

Now you will figure out a little clickable area on your screen bottom right. Drag the window by mousekey held (M1H)...

...across the width of both of your screens. Now move one of your sub-windows to the area of your second screen. Your two screen view might look like this now:
