The word Element in TARGET 3001! means a drawing element, e.g. a via, a pad or a bridge. An element can achieve certian properties. Those properties can be set by the options dialog (pressing key [o] after choosing a certain element and entering to the dialiog). An element can be edited after placement by a doubleclick M11 on it and entering to the appearing dialog.
