* a file "Plat_A.TAR" will be generated, see lower arrow.
* start "V3FROM21.EXE" which you had unpacked to your Rule file directory. No need to to it by the DOS shell because it is a Win32 program so just doubleclick it in the Windows Explorer. This program is German language.
* Select in menu "Konvertieren" => "TARGET-Datei konvertieren":

* A dialog will open, from where you can select the Plat_A.TAR from the list. Press "OK"

* Now the file Plat_A.T3 will be generated which can be opened by the current TARGET 3001! directly
