Jede unerlaubte Vervielfältigung des Programms TARGET 3001! oder von Teilen daraus wird strafrechtlich verfolgt. Der Käufer erwirbt das Recht der Benutzung des Programms auf einem PC an einem Arbeitsplatz, jedoch kein Eigentumsrecht.<br><br />

Zu Ihrem eigenen Gebrauch dürfen Sie sich Sicherheitskopien des Programmes TARGET 3001! anfertigen. Diese Kopien dürfen aber auf keinen Fall Dritten zugänglich gemacht oder verändert werden. Jedes Programm ist individuell identifizierbar, so dass jederzeit der Ursprung einer Raubkopie festgestellt werden kann. Bei Verstößen gegen diese Vereinbarungen verpflichtet sich der Käufer dem Ing. Büro FRIEDRICH zum Schadensersatz. Als Vertragsstrafe gilt der fünffache Kaufpreis als anerkannt.<br><br />

Eine erworbene und unveränderte Lizenz TARGET 3001! "discover" darf (und soll) an Dritte weitergegeben werden. Der Einsatz dieser "discover" ist jedoch auf den privaten Bereich und auf Ausbildungsstätten beschränkt. Eine kommerzielle Nutzung der "discover" ist nicht gestattet und somit strafbar!<br><br />

Das Programm TARGET 3001!, die Bauteil- und Modellbibliotheken sowie die Dokumentationen wurden und werden mit der gebotenen Sorgfalt erstellt. Jedoch wird keinerlei Haftung oder Gewähr dafür übernommen, dass das Programm TARGET 3001!, die Bauteile, die Modelle oder diese Dokumentation fehlerfrei oder für spezielle Zwecke geeignet sind.
