Execute as Administrator
From IBF-Wiki
Sometimes it is necessary to start TARGET 3001! with administrator privileges. Maybe this is needed if you want to update some files or the program automatically. Under Windows XP you normally have to logoff the current user and login again as admin. If you are not allowed to login as admin, you need a person that is allowed to (system administrator).
Under Windows Vista often this is not necessary, you can possibly start single programs with admin privileges:
Click onto the TARGET 3001! icon on the desktop using the right mouse key. Then select menu point "Execute as Administrator".
