The category "Settings and Options" refers to articles which focus on the handling, the view or the performance of your project in general. Most important is the "Settings/Options" dialog in menu Edit. Also the Hierarchy browser on the left edge of screen and the entries in the registry (M2 on empty canvas space) are important.
