As of V32, TARGET 3001! can import Altium and Protel projects directly. In the schematic view in the menu "Actions" the item "Import Protel/Altium *.SchDoc ASCII" can be found below. In the PCB view the menu item is called "Import Protel/Altium *.PcbDoc ASCII". Schematics and boards imported into a project are merged:

When saving in Altium or Protel, please make sure that the output is ASCII. Schematics can sometimes be read even if they were saved in binary format. This is impossible for circuit boards. Feel free to send us files in these formats for testing. To our knowledge the formats are not openly documented, so we will constantly improve the parsers.
